My husband and I were commenting the other night about how Cody always lounges on chairs that appear to be rather "throne-like"...he has done this since he was a kitten.
When I adopted Cody back in 2007 his original name was "Prince". My husband has often said we should have never changed his name.
Based on these photos I think he has a point:

@Alittlesprite...I think "Cody" suits him better too. When I adopted him the adoption volunteer heard I was going to name him "Cody" and said "Oh no! Every Cody I have known has been CRAZY"....I told her I wasn't worried about that....well....she was RIGHT!!! lol

No,I'm sorry, but I think Cody is a tad demeaning for a cat of such Royal Stature. I love the way his poor canine subject seems to be looking up in awe at his Royal majesty!

Perhaps it's time to set things right and address him properly as Prince Cody! Or perhaps he's ascended to the throne by now and should be called King Cody... His head has stayed remarkably small for this position! :P

@Hannah and Lucy, Bobo was a good kitty but like all kitties he had his wild times. He was a lot more active than Cody is. Bobo got more quality attention because he was the "only" pet...sometimes it is hard to give cody enough attention because of our dog. Cody is much sneakier than Bobo ever was! He LOVES to tease our dog! I bet you are a good girl!!
