So I bet ya want to know how you can enter? Well...we tried to come up with a number of things and we decided to make it as easy as possible. We didn't want to make this exclusive to any one holiday...there are some kitties who don't have  ornaments, some kitties don't make latkes, some kitties don't decorate a tree, some kitties don't light a  menorah, some kitties don't believe in  Santa (and he doesn't  come to their homes!) and some kitties don't play with a  Dreidel!

Being the EOE (Equal Oppurr-tunity) folks that we are, (blame it on Mom's former newspaper advertising position, where if you didn't practice the principles of EOE you were pretty much dead in the water), we want to learn about all of YOUR holiday traditions!

So....leave a comment telling us what YOUR favorite HOLIDAY tradition is! We wanna know! (Also leave a way for us to contact you, we don't feel like contacting the FBI to track you down). Leave your comment by MONDAY DECEMBER 10TH at 5PM EASTERN. WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 12TH!!

GOOD LUCK!!

Love, Cody

In full disclosure for all of you kitties out there who think I am rolling in loot, think again! Mom and I have been planning this give-away since LAST APRIL. Yep, you got it! Since LAST APRIL and guess what? I got prezzies last April from Creme de la Cat but for this give-away I didn't get any...they are ALL FOR YOU! Glogirly says her favorite holiday tradition is giving Gloman something she has made. Sometimes it's just a card...but one year she made an animated cartoon video for him. It made him cry. SCORE!!!
And no, she doesn't know what she's gonna do this year yet.

  35. I'm going to let the lady answer this (even though I want all those prizes).

The lady: Okay. I admit it. All my favorite traditions seem to revolve around food. Every Christmas, for as long as I can remember, somebody always gives me chocolate covered cherries. And not the fancy-pants ones. Those cheapo kind you get at the drugstore that are all gooey and so, so bad for you. I would never eat them at any other time of year. One holiday season, a few weeks before Christmas, there was a big storm and I couldn't get out to buy food. The only thing to eat in the house was...you guessed it.

    1. LOL! Have been trying not to respond to every one of these (for when I have to enter the names in www.random.org but couldn't resist this one! You brought back some REALLY GOOD memories lol. Were those cherries spiked? (This is Mom now)....when I worked at the paper I ate a SHIP LOAD of spiked chocolate cherries at our holiday pot luck buffet......I got drunk and it was a BLAST! lol

      Delete
    2. The lady responds: I only WISH the cherries were spiked! The ones you had at your holiday pot luck sound like something I would enjoy immensely. Alas, mine were just plain old chocolate-covered cherries.

  36. We celebrate Christmas at our house. Our mom hasn't put up a tree yet because we're still adolescent kitties and she's on the road so much that she knows we'd get into all types of mischief. Our mom loves Christmas music!

  43. I've enjoyed decorating the tree with cat toys for the past few years. No idea if we are going to do it this year or not because my husband has always wanted a "really big tree" for our great room and this year we got one, so I figured this year we'll put ornaments on it that he wants.. (please say cat toys, please say cat toys.. )
